The Research Facility can be built on your private space station

You will need to buy the blueprint at the contracts board on other space stations

It will require 150 Aluminium, 300 Iron, 10 Titanium, 10 Carbon, 10 Mechanical Parts and 10 Electronics to construct

Currently you can:-

- Research New Blueprint for a space station 'Fusion Reactor' - will increase production on your other space station factories

- Research New Blueprint for a space station 'shipyard' - to build bigger and better ships than those that can be purchased

- Research additional 'rings' for your space station - allows more modules to be added. (premium industry required)

- Research the blueprints obtained through 'wreckage salvaging' - improve currently available ships

- Research 'Upclass' on existing blueprints,eg this will research a class 2 mining beam blueprints from a class 1 mining beam blueprint and so on

- Research 'Improved Production' on your Land based and Space Station based modules

Every Level of improvement to a land based building will give the item a plus 10% productivity on the basic rate, ie level 10 would be +100% = double capacity

Every additional level of research on a module will take approximately that same amount more to research as the previous level

eg: level 1 increase to a mine is about 24 hours, level 1 to 2 would be about 48 hours, level 2 to 3 expect 3 days ect

The Improvements are not automatically applied to existing buildings but need to be 'built' onto existing buildings as an upgrade

Upgrades to buildings will require materials to complete
